Yes. Type their name and a brief description into the prompt ("a small girl with brown hair and a blue dress") and they'll appear as a colouring-page character in the scene. The name shows up in the scene only when it makes sense, e.g. on a birthday cake or a sign, and you can ask explicitly for it to be added or kept off.
